We have a plan available for adults, one for children, and another for patients who need periodontal treatments. By joining our membership, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing that quality dental care is accessible for you and your loved ones whenever you need it. For just a small investment upfront, you can access a range of preventive treatments to keep your smile healthy and bright.
STANDARD ADULT PLAN
- 1 basic professional dental cleaning every 6 months
- Oral cancer screening with each professional dental cleaning
- 1–2 dental checkups or evaluations each year
- X-rays as determined necessary
- 1 emergency evaluation with X-ray each year
- Up to 20% off any other treatment deemed necessary
- Suitable for patients aged 15 and over
Standard Child Plan
- 1 basic professional dental cleaning every 6 months
- Oral cancer screening with each professional dental cleaning
- 1–2 dental checkups or evaluations each year
- X-rays as determined necessary
- 1 emergency evaluation with X-ray each year
- 1 fluoride treatment each year
- Up to 20% off any other treatment deemed necessary
- Suitable for children 14 and under
Perio Maintenance Plan
- 1 periodontal maintenance treatment every 3–4 months
- Oral cancer screening with each professional dental cleaning
- 1–2 dental checkups or evaluations each year
- X-rays as determined necessary
- 1 emergency evaluation with X-ray each year
- Up to 20% off any other treatment deemed necessary
- For patients who suffer from gum disease or periodontal issues and require ongoing treatment

- 5% off with 2 family members
- 10% off with 3 family members
